Under the slogan #wetakecare, eMascaró has created and developed a 360º digital project that includes auditing, strategy and digital transformation focused on its business area and leveraging WTCB's differential values.
Improving customer loyalty and digital relationship with the user
With the aim of improving user loyalty and digital relationship, driving the attraction of potential customers, aligning the project with the new corporate image, promoting the office business line and generating a feeling of belonging to the community, eMascaró carried out a global audit of the brand's entire online ecosystem in a first phase, together with an exhaustive analysis of each WTCB department. All of this was unified in a strategic report of what would be the new digital project of World Trade Center Barcelona.
In a second stage, eMascaró was responsible for the creation, development, monitoring and maintenance of the entire WTCB digital project, characterized by a personalized and carefully designed, with an innovative storytelling applied to content creation with SEO strategy, our integrated Vento CMS and the coordination of photography sessions and microspots.
